What should I wear with a turquoise skirt?

It%26#039;s a short puffball satin type skirt from H%26amp;M.. It comes with this cute belt that is like purple and white horizontal stripes and is like one of those stretchy types, like you get on waist belts.. There%26#039;s a sort of plastic purple bow as the buckle of the belt.. Anyway, my friend is having a party on Friday night and it%26#039;s likely to be a good %26#039;un. I want to wear this skirt and I%26#039;m thinking I%26#039;ll wear it with black tights, but I don%26#039;t know what else.. I%26#039;m a UK size 12/14 and I%26#039;ve got quite big boobs. What should I wear with the skirt? Shoes and top are most important to know.. Maybe coloured pumps or something? The belt is detachable but it would be cool if I could wear it! I don%26#039;t mind buying new stuff for the outfit, but not too much!

If I were you, I%26#039;d probably wear a white shirt just to keep it neutral since you said the skirt is turquoise and the belt has 2 different colors in it. Or you could wear a black shirt and then black pumps.
