Leggings with...what exactly?

I have a few questions.


I want to get leggings-where can I get some with and without lace at the bottom? Not like brand name, and good for someone quite short?





And what do you wear with them? I know longer tops would be good and stuff but can you give LINKS to examples of shoes and tops that would look cute with leggings?





I like Buckle, Pac Sun, Wet Seal, Charlotte Russe, Forever 21, etc. No A%26amp;F or AE please.

because my outfits from forever 21 are usually expensive!

i wear mine with denim shirts and a tshirt. also for shoes try the pointy toes heels or flats. both usually turn out cute. im short too so the heels help ;]
